“Just come back from a week’s stay here and we honestly couldn’t fault it. Location was very convenient and easy access to the slopes, also very close to shops and restaurants. Hotel itself was lovely and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. 3 of us stayed and the apartment was more than spacious, plenty of towels for us to use and a nice balcony also. I am unsure why people complain about the cleaning process at the end as we had zero issue, a full refund was given as we left the unit in the way we found it, took us no more than 20 minutes to clean the place. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had regarding our stay. Pool and spar area was very nice with plenty of space and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!.”
